How to farm $MANA
To farm MANA tokens and later use them as "quotas" for fast transactions:
Open the Manablast app.
Connect your wallet.
Choose the amount of Solana you want to stake.
This staked Solana will then be used to farm MANA tokens.

It’s important to note that the Solana you send will go to the Manablast program, which will then automatically transfer it into native Solana staking.
The screenshot shows the MANA token farming rate, which can also be roughly calculated using this formula:
mana_farmed_per_day = total_SOL_staked_on_manablast * node_coef_farm_per_hour * 24
where node_coef_farm_per_hour is the farming coefficient tied to the selected farming option (node)
Farm Monitoring
If you want to see how many MANA tokens you’ve farmed in total, navigate to the My Node section

Here we see the node type, which determines the farming speed and the staking withdrawal conditions. For more details, check the Mananode Types section.
Staked: The amount of Solana staked in this node.
Farmed Supply: The total amount of MANA tokens farmed so far.
Current Supply: The currently available MANA tokens ready for withdrawal or spending.
On Recovery: The amount of MANA tokens spent on turbo transactions. This recovers over 24 hours.
Total amount of turbo transactions: The maximum possible transactions based on your total balance and current per-transaction quota.
Current amount of turbo transactions: The number of transactions available right now, accounting for your current balance and spent quotas.
You can also increase your stake (boosting MANA farming speed) or unstake. Additionally, you can withdraw MANA as SPL tokens to trade on secondary markets like Raydium, Meteora, or PumpSwap
